One of the lightest oolongs you will find — barely oxidized, closer to a green tea in color but with more body. Floral and buttery with a clean, lingering sweetness. A classic Taiwanese style from the Pinglin area.

Very light and silky. Delicate, closer to green tea than typical oolong.

Fresh lilac and jasmine with cut grass and a faint nutty undertone.
Finish
